Keltic Lodge Wedding: Alison & Philippe | Cape Breton Photographer

It’s always such a great experience shooting in new locations and this was no exception. Cape Breton offers some of the most picturesque views on the east coast, which is so great for wedding photos!

Alison & Philippe chose the Keltic Lodge at the Highlands as the location for their wedding. They had visited the area and the resort during a past vacation and absolutely fell in love with the place. It was easy to see why! As soon as you drive up, you are greeted with these amazing cliff-side views, cottages nestled into the trees and the ocean on both sides of the peninsula.

In true Maritime style, the weather was a bit unpredictable that day, but as always, everything worked out perfectly and they were able to have their ceremony outdoors which had some of the nicest views I’ve seen for a wedding. I’ll let you be the judge of that as you revisit their wedding day through the images below!
